Reception is open:
Monday - friday from 7.00 – 10.00 am and from 4.00 – 7.00 pm.
Saturday from 8.00 – 11.00 am and from 4.00 – 7.00 pm.
Sunday from 8.00 – 11.00 am and from 4.00 – 6.00 pm.

There is a public parking directly behind the hotel opposite to the pharmacy "Schwanenapotheke". Please enter "Ostwall 3" in your navigation system. You cannot drive to the postal address "Hermannstraße 11", as Hermannstraße is a pedestrian zone. You will find the main entrance (with key box) in "Wallgasse" directly behind the public parking. The restricted parking is free of charge at weekends and on weekdays from 6 pm to 9 am. If you would like to park for longer during the day, please contact the hotel reception. There you can obtain a parking card for a fee.
